Why does my system hang up after installing the driver of Creative PCI 128 sound card?

It's the problem of memory address conflict on BIOS. If you met this problem, you may fix it by enabling the Memory Hole at 15M-16M option under CHIPSET FEATURES SETUP section. CHIPSET FEATURES SETUP ->Memory Hole at 15M-16M ->Enable
