When booting, about two times out of three, the computer doesn't find the video card with three beeps (one long and two short). What's going on with the Asus V7700 AGP card?

There are some users reporting that the KT7 system fail to boot up with an Asus V7700 AGP card, no video signal. If you experience this issue, raise the I/O voltage slightly up to 3.4V may resolve it and boot up successfully. On the contrary, ATI Xpert 98 AGP card may show corrupt screen with an I/O voltage higher than 3.4V. Thus for Xpert 98 users, keep default I/O voltage please.
