If you have Seagate hard driver, or ever connect seagate hard driver, please check if there are three VXD files (DRVWCDB.VXD¡ADRVWPPQT.VXD¡ADRVWQ117.VXD) under C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\IOSUBSYS (check view all files please). If these files exist, rename or delete them please.(For Windows 9X/Me) The PSU in not stronge enough, please check our FAQ.
