KG7- AMD761 vs. VIA 686B issue

<Symptom>

Some customers have a little concern with AMD application note #24952 rev A, which is available on AMD web site.

<Explanation>

  1. This document was issued by AMD on April 2001 and describes two system-level incompatibilities that occur when creating a system with the AMD-761 system controller (Northbridge) and the Via Technologies, Inc. VT82C686B (Southbridge). One is about Write Snoop Complete (WSC#) protocol and the other is about potential data corruption when switching into the ACPI S3 state with registered DDR DIMMs due to incompatible sequencing of the PCIRESET# pin.
  2. ABIT launched KG7 on July 2001, and of course these two incompatibilities had been considered and fixed.
