<Explanation>
Because the latest BIOS 38 for TH7-II board has added some revise
and fix I/O Mapping from previous version, therefore, if you flash
BIOS from newer version (38) to older one (37), that would make
your Operating System corrupted. We suggest you please don't downgrade
to older BIOS unless you have backups.
