Disable the AGP Always Compensate function. BIOS -> Advanced Chipset Features -> AGP Always Compensate -> Disabled Setup AGP Driving Value to 33. BIOS -> Advanced Chipset Features -> AGP Driving Control(Manual) -> Driving Strength -> 33
