Why BD7 / BD7-RAID did not design to 3 Dimms of DDR?

According to the datasheet of Intel 845 chipset, it only provides 4 rows of memory modules, with 2 Double-Side Dimms of DDR and up to the maximum 2GB.

Note: 845 chipset does not support Registered DIMM modules.
