<Symptom>
Why does the BD7 board fail to POST with sirens? Is the mainboard
faulty? (BD7/BL7/BW7 and other P4 boards)
<Explanation>
- If the CPU retention unit or heat sink wasn't installed correctly,
the bad heat dissipation will cause P4 CPU over temperature and
fail to boot up.
- Please check the black CPU retention is fully inserted into
the holes in the mainboard. Below picture illustrates a bad installation-
there is a gap between retention unit and mainboard.

- Please make sure the white nails were fully inserted and can
prevent CPU retention unit from loosen.
- Double check the back side of mainboard. If the feet of CPU
retention unit and white nails were correctly installed?
