Hello everyone!
Recently I bought a new computer, including Abit Siluro T400 graphic card. Windows freeze every time I try to browse the content of ANY window I open (i.e. move sliders up-down or left-right). The mouse pointer remains active, but nothing else and ctrl-alt-del is the only help. This happens both in Win98 and Win2000, with card's drivers installed (no problem with generic VGA display). I installed latest drivers, but the problem remained. Appearently, only the games work without any problem! I mailed Abit technical support, but haven't received any answer so far. Should I flash the BIOS of the card? Could the monitor/drivers for the monitor or perhaps the motherboard (drivers, some service pack) be the problem? Help!

proc: AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1Ghz
RAM: 256 Mb/133 (1 module)
HDD: IBM 40Gb
graphic: Abit Siluro T400, 64Mb, Tv-Out
sound: Excel AV515M
monitor: Hansol 910A (19")

Problem solved: VIA MB 4in1 drivers installed & "Force 4-way interleave": Enabled (BIOS).
For anyone with similar problems, check out very good "Paul's Unofficial ABIT KT7 (& other components) FAQ" (http://www.viahardware.com/faq/kt7/kt7faq.htm)
Best!
