I'm just upgrading to the BL7 Raid from a BX-133 (DOA). Does XP have better memory handling? By default windows 9x/me will not accept more than 512 unless you configure the vcache. I found a good site to explain this. I had the same problem. I upgraded from 256 to 1.5 in mem on ME. At first it did not function correctly but then I got it. Windows 2000 and XP fix this problem but it will be fine with ME.
