The core voltage is set at 1.7V in softmenu, why PC helth or VHM shows me 1.74V?

Every power supply unit has its own characteristic, thus there may be a little deviation on the output voltage. The core voltage fluctation in 0.05V is acceptable by AMD's CPU.
