Why the bios just recognized Vcore as 1.62V in PC Health even I set it to 1.7V in CPU Softmenu II.

According to Intel VRM 9.0 specification, the CPU Vcore shows in PC Health is the average value, which the setting in CPU Softmenu II is the maximum value.
